Ruling on fasting on the day of 'Arafah, the day of sacrifice, and the days of Tashreeq

It is the ninth day of Dhu al-Hijjah on the day of 'Arafah for non-pilgrims.
Q: What is the virtue of fasting on the day of 'Arafah?
That the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about fasting on the day of 'Arafah, and he said:
(I count on God to disbelieve the year before and the year after)
Fasting the day of Arafah is better than fasting Ashura.
Q / Why is it called a day known by this name?

It is haraam to fast
The hadeeth of Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade fasting two days on the Day of Fitr and the Day of Sacrifice (Saheeh Muslim, 1138)
Because fasting is enough for people to show this great law, which is the ascetic.
Because if they are fasting they do not need to eat or drink, but they may delay it until night and do not care much about it (eating the sacrifice), and this ritual is lost.

If he does not find the guidance, they must fast three days in Hajj and seven if they return to their country.

"فَمَن تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ ۚ فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ ۗ تِلْكَ عَشَرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ )البقرة:196)( )
